A few months ago, I had the opportunity with one of the most amazingly talented photographers I have ever had the pleasure to meet!

 

Her name is Alyona Oborn

she is based out of Pocatello, Idaho.

She is seriously the sweetest!

One of the most genuine people I have met.

I cant wait to work with her again!

I wish I could take credit for doing my hair..
Amy Blood is the pro. I don't know how she got my 15 thousand
pound hair to stay.
But she did.
and that is why I don't do hair and she does.

A little thing I call juicing

hello hello and happy freakin Monday!

I am pumped to share with you guys a lil somethin somethin'

When Bradley and I got married, we got this sweet juicer as a gift.

and its rad. and way nice.

We didnt start using it till a few weeks ago.

Every morning for the past.. I would say 2 weeks, Bradley has been Making this special concoction he came up with..

He has noticed a huge difference in a few things

1. he has so much more energy the whole day

2. It makes him want to eat healthy all day

3. he has burned alot of fat (especially in the tummy area)

not that he didn't look great before.. But even loosing a pound of fat.. makes a HUGE difference.

I decided.. oh what the heck, lets give this a try

Sooooo we went to the store and stalked up for the whole week on our veggies.

People were looking at us like we were FA-REAKS.. our cart was literally FULL of all sorts of greens n such..

I bet if we were walking around with 20 boxes of frozen pizzas and 2 liter bottles of soda.. it wouldnt even phase people// I don't get it..

ANYWAYSSS-- lets not get off topic here kelso..

Here is what Bradley came up with

 

2-3 large carrots

half of a large cucumber

2 celery sticks

1 lemon

1 apple

TINY piece of ginger.. I mean WAY small

2 Radishes

1 beet

handful of spinach

handful of kale

 

and that's all!

its cheap

it tastes.. decent.

and you are getting TONS of nutrients for the day.

 

I don't know about you... but I struggle with eating veggies every day.. and this gets me more than I need for the whole day.. BOOM!

I highly recommend investing in a Juicer if you don't have one..

3 hours later...

Okay real talk. 

I love naps.

Sleeping is truly one of my favorite things ever. 

I had quite the morning today so I decided to take a little snooze. 

Set my alarm to go off in an hour, nice little cat nap. 

Well 3 hours goes by and here I am finally awake.

Not to sure what happened.

I think I just turned my alarm off?

Who knows.

I decided today as much as I love naps

I HAAAAAAATE how I feel when I get up. Like really?

Am I still dreaming?

Did I sleep through the night?

I literally feel crazy when I wake up. 

So freaking dis functional. 

It's not okay.

Interview with skulls

The kohlers are back in Utah and I could not be more THRILLED!
