gettin me some hair action.

The wait is OVER! I am seriously SO stoked to share with you peeps my hair secret!!! I started using this product about a month ago, here are some things about this special secretness that you should know. and I seriously swear by it. 
  • My hair has literally grown about 2 inches in one month, 2 FREAKIN INCHES whaaa?? 
  • Not only is my hair that much longer, but seriously even after the FIRST USE, my hair has never been more soft, and easy to deal with in my whole friggen life. Im in LOVE with this shtuff [Sorry Hubs]
  • It is NOT time consuming at all. No one has time these days for another thing to worry about when it comes to hair. have no fear. 
  • its cheap. CHEAP. CHEAP. forget about all those hair fads that are like one MILLION dollars. $6 bucks guys. Dont think you can beat that
  • This product is found at walmart, in what section you ask? THE FOOD SECTION? yup you heard right beezys. Right by the Vegetable oil. 
  • You dont need to use very much, and thats coming from me, who has 15 lbs of hair. Thats sayin something wouldnt ya say?
OKAAYYY 
who here has heard of  ORGANIC COCONUT OIL? oh my gosh. guys. truly. its my BFF for reals.

I use this beauty everytime I'm going to wash my hair, I focus on my roots, and my ends, than I Take a litte more and just run it through my hair. like I said before, not very much! 
listen up: You are going to look like a nasty grease ball as its sitting in your hair, like you havent washed you hair in at LEAST a year. yeah its that bad. BUT you only need to leave it in for 25-30 minutes before you wash you hair, wash you hair 2 times with shampoo to get it all out, condition as normal and
VIOLA.
You are one step closer to thee most sexiest hair you have ever had!

energy bites.. YUM!



I know you have all been dying to know how to make these DELICIOUS BITES!
Well, the wait is finally over! and let me tell you. IT. IS.
S.I.M.P.L.E
enough chit chat Kelso, lets go.


Ok, beauties here it is!

Mix Together in a medium size bowl:
1 Cup of DRY oatmeal: I like to use the Old Fashion Oats with that old dude on the front ( I know you all know what I'm talking)
1/2 Cup of Chocolate chips: I used Dark Chocolate, but any kind you want would be just fine!
1/2 Cup of Peanut butter: OK this is IMPORTANT, to make these as healthy as they are, use ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER, where the only ingredients in peanuts. This is the kind I use, and will ONLY use. You can get it at Wally world! (Walmart)
1/2 Cup Ground Flax seed: I got this at big lots for a buck-fifty. aka CHEAP
1/3 Cup Honey: I also use all natual honey- nothing added into it.
1 tsp.  Vanilla
Take a spoonful and roll it into a ball.

And that is literally all you do. 
No cooking
Not Time consuming
Healthy
FREAKIN DELISH
This is a GREAT pre or post workout snack!
Makes about 12-15 energy balls.
Put them in a tupperware and keep them in your fridge!
